Legislative Resources
At colleges and universities, Section 504 and the ADA are the laws that apply to postsecondary services. These laws are intended to prevent discrimination and encourage equal access to collegiate activities and the academic curriculum. Disability service providers at WSU are responsible for helping to provide the resources that will open up the doors to success.
